Kasa The Addison San Francisco

Stayed here for a month. Part of what appealed to me were the size of the rooms and the amenities, like a full kitchen and washer/dryer unit. My first room was difficult, the temperature was like a sauna, despite it being 50 degrees outside. The fan under the bed was covered in dust. There was a portable A/C unit but it ended up heating the room as much as it provided cool air. What was most frustrating, was that the dryer didn't work. At all, in either unit. So I did a load of laundry, but had to hang dry everything. For the amount of money paid of the room(s), I expected the amenities to be in top shape. They do have great service and were quick to respond. Ryan was great. I loved the location. If they fixed the amenities issues it would be perfect. Would stay here again.

A room is a little old however it had everything we needed and it was very nicely located in a very good neighbourhood. The common area also had some spare dishes and tea/water/tablets for dishwashing and washing machines- it is so thoughtful. The service/support via text messages was so instant/fast and helpful - I was surprised every time. The only thing perhaps - our apparent was overlooking the wall of the next house close so it was rather dark-ish in the apartment even in a bright sunny day. So we had lights switched on throughout the day

We stayed at the Kasa for 4 weeks in a studio 208 on a second floor , and we had a wonderful time . This object on a Pacific Hights is just amazing . Located on a Pacific Hights , Sacramento and Buchanan street . Very well conected with a bus number 1 . The studio was very well equipped with a large fridge , washing and dryer mashine , large TV , microwave owen and a toaster . The bed was very comfortable . The manager of this building is very , very nice and kind and always there for you if you need anithing . His name is Ryan and he is just wonderful !!! I recommend this Kasa to everyone who is visiting San Francisco !!! This is a wonderfull , lovely , quiet place to stay with a very nice backyard with magnolia trees and deck terasses on every floor . Very good price value !!! Highly Recommandation !!! Kasa Addison was a fantastic stay! The space was great, clean, and comfortable. Customer service was superb — it exceeded all my expectations. The location was perfect and worked really well for us. I’d definitely stay here again!

Mother and daughter trip. This really was best place to stay in San Francisco. The accommodation was huge. We loved the split level, large lounge and bedroom. Sofa bed in lounge. It was really clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We got the code keyless entry just as we landed at the airport. So we walked straight in to the apartment. We had a few kitchen items missing on arrival but the text reply was within minutes and the items arrived the next day. We were very impressed. The location was the best possible spot. Right in the poshest area with stunning properties all around. You are in millionaires row. Two great parks nearby with fab views of the city. Fillmore Street is minutes away, here you will find great shops, cafes and restaurants or walk in the other direction (5 mins) to Japan Town, again great shopping and food. We walked the whole city from the accommodation but you can catch the bus right outside to the bay water front or to the Ferry Building for trips out. The area was very safe and as two women we felt confident to be out and about after dark. I highly recommend Kasa and we will stay again. We traveled from the UK.

I stayed here as a Travel Nurse working in Palo Alto, I didn't mind the commute because I wanted to live in the city. This place met every need. It's central to San Francisco and an easy drive, walk, or bus ride away from anything you want to do in the city. The neighborhood feels very safe, and I always encountered friendly neighbors at the beautiful park right down the street. The shared amenities were never an issue. I was always able to cook in the shared kitchen or do laundry without waiting my turn or feeling like I was being rushed, and I was even able to make friends with some of the other tenants, who were also travel nurses. Highly recommend!

Loved my stay in Kasa The Addison. Well planned and spacious room. Location is great! Kitchen is very well equipped. We also have a few groceries store in 1-2 miles radius. Overall, really nice place if you have a long stay!

We have a very pleasant 9 nights stay at Kasa the Addison, San Francisco. The location was good. Quiet and convenient. The apartment has all the amenities we need. We felt safe. Nice backyard too.
